LIABILITY: We are a very responsible cleaning business and we are extra careful not to break or damage anything while we clean. However, at times accidents happen. For this reason, we have general liability coverage with an insurance company. If you would like more information about our insurance coverage and policy, please contact us and we will provide you with the information that you need. Apple Eco-Friendly Cleaning must be notified within 24 hours of service if a customer should find that something is damaged.

SATISFACTION: We guarantee 100% satisfaction, but if any problems or shortcomings in your cleaning within 24 hours we will re-clean at the earliest available time for you and at no additional cost.
